1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1.1 Delivery Locations :- Bold Blues for Gen NOW LLP, also referred to as "Bold Blues", delivers products to most locations within India, subject to the availability of courier services in your area. While we make every effort to provide nationwide delivery, certain remote, restricted, or difficult-to-reach locations may be excluded from our delivery services due to logistical challenges, courier limitations, or local regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify delivery availability to their specific location during the checkout process.
In cases where delivery is not possible due to the above reasons, Bold Blues reserves the right to cancel the order or offer an alternative resolution, including a full refund for the undeliverable items. Customers will be promptly informed of any such issues by email or phone, and no charges will be applied for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to deliver-restrictions.
Some products may have specific delivery restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature. These will be clearly indicated on the product page. If a product has specific delivery restrictions, it may not be available for shipping to certain areas or countries
1.2 Shipping Timeframes :- The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided in the order confirmation and is based on the expected processing and transit times. While Bold Blues makes every effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the specified timeframe of minimum 3 to maximum 7 working days, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, logistical challenges, weather conditions, force majeure events, and delays caused by third-party courier or shipping services.
Bold Blues shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from such factors. In the event of any delay beyond the estimated timeframe, Bold Blues will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of the revised delivery status.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery timeframes are only estimates and are subject to change, and that Bold Blues will not be held responsible for any failure to meet the estimated delivery times.
1.3 Tracking Orders :- Once your ordered items have been dispatched, Bold Blues will send an email notification to the customer containing a tracking number and relevant details regarding how to track the shipment. This email will include a link to the courier's tracking portal, where the customer can monitor the status of the delivery.’
It is the responsibility of the customer to track the shipment using the provided tracking number. Bold Blues will not be liable for any issues arising from the customer's failure to track their order or inaccuracies in third-party tracking information. While Bold Blues will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the tracking information provided is accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the information supplied by third-party couriers.
In the event of any tracking issues, delays, or inaccuracies, customers are encouraged to directly contact the courier service for further assistance.
SHIPPING CHARGES :-
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Bold Blues reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping in the event of a failed delivery due to the customer's inability to receive the package.
1.4 Risk of Loss :- All items purchased from Bold Blues are sold under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for the items pass to the customer once the products are delivered to the carrier for shipment. Bold Blues is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the items once they have been handed over to the courier or shipping service.
The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit, and it is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with the courier service for any such occurrences. Bold Blues will not be held liable for any claims related to the loss or damage of goods once the shipment has been dispatched.
1.5 Failed Deliveries :- In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier or logistics service will make an additional attempt to redeliver the product. If the redelivery attempt is not due to any fault or negligence of Bold Blues, the cost of redelivery will be borne by the customer. If the redelivery cannot be completed for any reason, Bold Blues will promptly notify the customer via email. Upon receipt of this notification, it is the responsibility of the customer to take appropriate action to collect the ordered item within 7 working days. Failure to collect the item within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid for the item, and the order will be considered canceled. Bold Blues will not be liable for any refund or compensation in the event of non-collection within the prescribed period.
Orders can only be modified or canceled before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, the cancellation policy will apply, and the customer will need to follow the return process. If the customer wishes to cancel or modify their order, they must contact customer service as soon as possible.
2 RETURNS
2.1 RETURN POLICY
At Bold Blues for Gen NOW LLP, also referred to as Bold Blues, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product has been damaged during transit, our return policy allows customers to return the product(s) for an exchange within a specified period from the date of delivery. The return period and specific terms of return will vary depending on the product category and will be clearly stated on the product page on our website. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at care@boldblues.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days, using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds will not be issued for items that are not in their original condition or returned after the allowed time frame.
Exchanges are available for products that are damaged or defective. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, or product, please contact our customer service team to check availability. Exchange requests for items that are not defective or damaged will be handled in accordance with our regular return policy. 2.2 CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS :-
Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The products should not be used, altered, or damaged. Products returned in a non-saleable condition will not be accepted. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product. In the case of returns, Bold Blues reserves the right to inspect the returned items to verify the condition before processing the exchange.
