Refund policy
Damages and Issues :-
Welcome to Bold Blues For Gen Now (hereinafter referred to as "Bold Blues.) Upon receipt of your order, we highly recommend inspecting the items immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days from receipt at care@boldblues.com. Provide a clear description of the issue and, if possible, include photographic evidence. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure a swift resolution. In such cases, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items :-
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards or vouchers.

Custom-made, personalized, or intimate items unless the product is defective or damaged.
Return Process :-
To initiate a return, please email us at care@boldbluescare.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting documentation (such as photographs or videos, if applicable). Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product to our designated return center.
Please note that items returned without an RA number or in conditions not meeting our guidelines may be rejected or subject to additional charges.
Refunds :-
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Please be advised that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account. We recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider for details about the refund posting times.
Late or Missing Refunds :-
If you have not received your refund within the stipulated time frame, please first check your bank or credit card account. If the refund is still not reflected after checking, please contact us at care@boldbluescare.com. Please allow for up to 15 business days after receiving our approval for your return before contacting us regarding a delayed refund.
Shipping Costs and Return Fees :-
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges :-
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
